The Dublin Inter & Junior team completed their preparations for the County Challenge on September 28th with a comprehensive win in Old County on Saturday. The doubles pairings in the Inters really shone with Charlie Egan & David Hayden II having the best score with 46 points. In the junior event, the pairing of Eric Byrne & Christopher Byrne really clicked as well as they shot a highly impressive 44 points. All of the panel played in the final workout ahead of the Lough Owel showpiece. Dublin will compete at Inter & Junior Level against Kildare, Offaly, Wexford and the hosts WestMeath in the inaugral County Challenge. We hope many from the capital can make the trip down the N4 to support the boys in blue. The tee off times will be announced later this week.
