This Saturday in Erins Isle at 3PM, we will see a piece of history in the making when an Inter & Junior team will represent Dublin in a county challenge match. Westmeath will be the visitors to the Finglas venue in a warm up for the county challenge in Lough Owel on September 28th. Rob Ryan will captain the team which includes players from Erins Isle, Shandon, CYMC, Lucan and Old County. The match will be played over a stableford format with 18 holes scotch foursomes and 18 holes singles. The eight strong panel in both teams have went through a trial’s process to make their county team and we hope to see a good crowd on Saturday afternoon to cheer them on and encourage them in their 1st encounter wearing the blue shirt. Best of luck to the guys.
