The Dublin County Board would advise the following to Dublin pitch and putt clubs after the Irish Government’s announcement in relation to increased restrictions due to COVID-19.
Pitch and putt players residing within Dublin must not travel outside their county of residence to play and players residing outside Dublin must not travel to the county to play.
Clubs may continue competitions but all players must abide by the domestic travel restrictions at Level 3.
Any members with colds or any symptoms of COVID-19 must stay away from the course/clubhouse.
Physical distancing rules must be observed by all members at all times in the car park, clubhouse and on the course.
Those aged 70 years and over and the medically vulnerable should exercise judgement regarding the extent to which they engage with others and in activities outside home.
There should be no gatherings of any kind in clubs before or after competitions.
All other protocols previously advised by PPI in relation to pitch and putt must be adhered to.
Dublin will remain at Level 3 for a period of 3 weeks, until Friday 9 October.
