Last Sunday 28th June saw the Leinster stroke play ladies and gents take place. The ladies was held in Bagnelstown and in the senior section Ger Ward was runner with a fine score of 106 however this was 10 shots of the winning score of Chrissie Byrne (St Bridgets).In the Inter section Mary Fulham shot 120 to capture 3rd spot.
The gents were in St Patricks and in the senior section we had a winner and runner up with Hubert Kelly dominating from start to finish with a tremendous display.In second spot was JR Crangle who had a brilliant last round of 45.This was a great win for Hubert and in the final 12 we had 6 of the qualifiers well done lads. Well done to all who won prizes and to all who represented us over the various grades.The season is in full flow and best of luck to all our representatives in the upcoming championships.
