For many the new season may have just begun, but the Dublin Scratch Cup Series 2014 will kick the season off in Ierne on Sunday April 13th. Six months to the day that Stephen Murray & Maree O’Toole were crowned champions , the road to glory will once again begin and the 2014 winners will face a longer & more difficult path to victory as the series is extended and takes in more stops than its predecessor. The Ierne, the Dublin County Board Scratch Cup and the Portmarnock Scratch Cup are three brand new events in the series and with players best six events counting towards their final points tally, players must bring their A game to each event and aim to make the lucrative top 12. With Points on offer for Inters / Juniors & Ladies B, the series is sure to be an inclusive event to bring all players to these top events.
