The ladies stroke play takes place on the challenging Old Co course Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th July.We commence on Saturday with the junior ladies starting at 1000am .The host club have a strong entry here and it will take a top class effort to deny a local victory.On Sunday the inters start at 0930 and an experienced field will try to deny the holder Mary Fullam another victory.With challengers from several clubs it should prove an exciting tournament but a local victory still seems the most obvious result.The seniors take centre stage next and we have a strong fav in national matchplay champion and holder Ger Ward who will prove difficult to dethrone.The field is quiet strong and maybe a new champion will emerge so come along and support your local favourites.Finally the officers would like to thank Eamonn Birchall for his continued sponsorship of these championships.
